岗位职责:
Main Accountabilities
Ensure:
1.Planning/Scheduling management- manage Sales Forecasting processes, MRP run,
Demand Allocation, Available-to-promise dates, Customer segmentation, Order prioritization,
Product prioritization,Inventory policy, Product Assortments and getting alignment with BU
and Sales.
2.Procurement management - oversee all procurement related activities to satisfy whole site
requirement following company standard.
Carry out:
- To monitor that the above activities are carried out in an effective and timely manner. To facilitate as and when required to ensure speedy work flow
- To conduct regular reviews with the team to ensure that the key accountabilities and deliverables are on track
- To advise head of Business and Technology to manage the phasing in and/ or phasing out of finished goods and RMs effectively and efficiently. Ensuring that inventory levels are well under control.
- To oversee that departmental procedures are in line with ISO quality certification requirements
- To manage the human resources reporting to this position. To set their work plans and targets, conduct performance appraisals, arrange for training and development, and oversee the discipline in the department
Qualification:
- University Degree or above
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in area of materials and capacity planning in any manufacturing concern.
- Experience in managing a small but diverse team
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
